Exhibitor's Check List - Forms to be returned to appropriate parties

Exhibitors are requested to complete and return the above relevant Order Forms to appropriate parties before the deadlines as specified. Order Forms without appropriate payment will not be processed.

* A 20% surcharge will be levied if Form 2A & B is received after deadline. Any orders received after 1 st April, 2008 will be regarded as on-site orders and a 50% surcharge will be applied.

* Cancellation of service/booth facility orders will only be accepted in writing before the stipulated deadline(s) for placing orders. No refund of any paid money will be made to exhibitors as a result of the order cancellations.
