Kenfair International Announces Debut of "Mega Macao" in 2007

Largest International Trade Show in Macao Riding on Region's Robust Exhibition Industry
(Hong Kong, 17 October 2006) - Kenfair International Limited today announced that it will launch the "Mega Macao" - its first-ever trade fair in Macao in October 2007 at the Venetian Macao Convention & Exhibition Center, the city's largest exhibition venue to be opened in 2007. Subsequent editions of the show have also been scheduled for the peak sourcing seasons in April and October at the venue.
Mr. Herbert Ip, Chairman of Kenfair International , said, "In the past decade, because of the heavily investment in the entertainment industry, world-class hotels, comprehensive transportation networks and other infrastructures in Macao has sequentially completed and benefited the development of its exhibition industry. All these favourable factors and the immense yet unexploited potential of the city's exhibition industry are what prompted us to extend our reach to Macao."
April and October are the times for trade shows in China and nearby cities. "Mega Macao" is strategically timed to fit in with sourcing trips of overseas and domestic buyers during those two months. And, leveraging Macao's geographical advantages and affinity to China, "Mega Macao" is expected to attract buyers from around the world and create ample business opportunities for exhibitors.
Mr. Javed Khan, General Manager of Kenfair International , said, "Taking place in the Venetian Macao Convention & Exhibition Center, 'Mega Macao' will accommodate more than 2,000 booths, making it the largest international trade fair in Macao. We expect the groundbreaking show to receive tremendous response from international buyers. To render buyers with the most convenient sourcing experience, it will be divided into different themed zones, featuring a wide array of toys, gifts premium and household products."
Scheduled to open in 2007, the Venetian Macao Convention & Exhibition Center, a two-storey Las Vegas-style exhibition venue located on the Cotai Strip in Macao, will include 100,000 square meters of meeting and exhibition space and 75,000 gross square meters of exhibition area that can hold up over 5,000 exhibition booths. Complemented with premier hotel facilities and a wide array of entertainment amenities, the Venetian Macao Convention & Exhibition Center will be an ideal destination for exhibition, tourism, entertainment and incentive travel.
